About Us

Scott Young and Tony Tsotros started their first restaurant in 2004, in 2007 they began the process of bringing the historic Collison House back to life. On May 15th, 2008 they had fully opened the main floor as their first full service restaurant.


Harry Stone's has been serving up time-honoured family recipes in the local community since 2008. 


In the historic Collison House building, we give our customers a great dining experience, with the best food and best service, every time.

CHEF TONY TSOTROS

Chef Tony Tsotros grew up in the local area with a passion for food. His Greek heritage is reflected in Harry Stone's famous dishes, which draw people from across Southwestern Ontario by reputation.


As the President of the Minto Chamber of Commerce, Tony knows the importance of a local-first philosophy at Harry Stone's, and always uses the freshest ingredients, including never-frozen chicken and homemade doughs and sauces.
